Jen has been living on a boat for over two and a half years, but this is no ordinary boat.  She built it entirely by herself. This boat is equipped with every modern convenience.  It’s a true dream for many, as it offers the opportunity to live in different locations.  Check out the photos and video of the boat in the article above.

Jen is a young English woman, and she is the one who built this boat, which she has been living on for two and a half years. She even chose to name it Ad Shakti. It’s not exclusively her home, but she also sees it as a symbol of her freedom.

She moves around a lot, changing locations every two weeks depending on the restrictions of her boating license.

A life like this allows her to experience adventure every day and feel connected to nature. However, living this way also presents challenges, especially in winter when the canals freeze over.

Although her boat is only 20 meters long, it has enough space for a comfortable daily life. Jen has even created a small garden where she grows herbs.

In summer, the boat is powered free of charge thanks to four solar panels installed on board.

When it’s floating in winter, it uses a small amount of diesel to supplement the solar energy, a profitable and environmentally friendly solution.

Inside, Jen has a modern kitchen, clever storage spaces for her belongings, a bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Jen’s story is widely followed online. It proves that it is entirely possible to lead a simple and environmentally friendly life while remaining in harmony with nature.
