Naomi Pomeroy, a star chef, has died at the age of 49. Friends have confirmed that she lost her life after a tubing accident on the Willamette River near Portland, Oregon. After hitting a tree, she was thrown under the water without wearing a life jacket. Her body was found three days later, making it difficult to locate due to the strong current.
The two other individuals involved, including her husband, survived. Naomi’s last Instagram post, promoting her culinary project *Garden Party*, received many messages of condolence. Fans expressed their sadness and shock at this tragedy.
