People laughed at the poor elderly woman in the hospital waiting room – until a famous surgeon walked out and said this… 

It was an ordinary weekday at the hospital. People sat in the waiting room, lost in their own thoughts – some scrolling through their phones, others whispering quietly, and some just staring at the floor, counting the minutes until their appointment.
