One Confirmed Loss and Two Injured at Texas ICE Facility – Details Released

Authorities have identified Joshua Jahn, 29,

as the suspect in a tragic incident near a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility.

One detainee lost their life and two others were injured after shots were fired at an ICE transport van.

Thankfully, no ICE officers were harmed.

Investigators found shell casings with messages critical of ICE,

calling it a direct attack on federal authority.

Joshua’s background is now under close review.

He briefly attended the University of Texas at Dallas and was remembered by friends as quiet and deeply passionate about video games.

His online accounts showed thousands of hours of gaming and little interest in politics.

Joshua’s family was heartbroken by the news.

His mother, Sharon, was too emotional to speak,

while his brother Noah described him as “non-political” and “unique.”

Joshua had been unemployed and was planning to move to his parents’ property in Oklahoma.

Court records revealed a minor marijuana-related charge in 2016,

which resulted in a fine and probation that was completed early.

Following the event, President Donald Trump called the act “despicable,” while Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem asked for prayers for the victims and highlighted concerns about growing threats faced by ICE officers.

Witness Denises Robleto shared that she was in her car waiting for her mother,

who was inside the facility, when the event unfolded.

She described the moment as “terrifying” and said her first thought was for her mother’s safety.

Later, her vehicle was held as part of the investigation.

Authorities also searched a nearby vehicle with unusual signage and executed search warrants at properties connected to Joshua.

As the investigation continues, the Dallas community is left shaken,

with many seeking answers about what led to the tragic events that turned an ordinary Wednesday morning into a day of sorrow.
