Key detail spotted in wheels of Renee Good’s SUV before 37-year-old

A new video angle has sparked fresh outrage across the country, raising serious questions about the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent in Minneapolis.

The incident, caught from a nearby vantage point, appears to show Good’s SUV clipping an officer before he opens fire through her open window.

Moments later, her vehicle crashed into a parked white car roughly 100 feet away.

Federal officials quickly backed the agent involved.

Tricia McLaughlin, assistant secretary for public affairs at the Department of Homeland Security, claimed Good had “weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them,” calling the act “an act of domestic terrorism.”

But the video has cast major doubt on that narrative.

Viral video shows Good appearing to flee, not attack

Footage of the moment is making waves online, showing what many believe was an attempt to flee rather than a deliberate attack.

The video shows one officer trying to get into Good’s vehicle, prompting her to reverse, cut her wheels right, and attempt to drive off.

A second officer is seen standing in front of her SUV — but her tires are pointed away from him.

As she begins to move, she clips him, though not with enough force to knock him down. He immediately fires one shot through the front windshield and then two more through the side window as she tries to drive away.

The clip has ignited fierce debate online. While Donald Trump labeled Good an “agitator,” others are calling the shooting a brutal overreaction.

One viewer commented: “Murder. Plain and simple. There are times we can no longer stay silent. This is the time. This is murder.”

Another wrote: “That wasn’t self defence. That was retaliation/anger that she was getting away. They should all prosecuted.”

One Redditor wrote: “THE WHEELS ARE FULLY TURNED AWAY FROM THE OFFICER. Watch in SLOW MO. No intention IMO to hit anyone. Sole intention based on wheel/steering wheel to LEAVE the scene NOT A THREAT. Look at the wheel.”

The footage below is distressing:

Officials and public figures slam ICE over the shooting

The backlash has been swift and fierce. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez didn’t hold back, calling it “a public murder” and adding: “What we saw today was a criminal murder a woman and shoot her in the head while she was trying to escape and flee for her life.”

She described the killing as the “manifestation of every American’s worst nightmare.”

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey took direct aim at ICE during a press conference, saying: “To ICE, get the f*** out of Minneapolis. They are not here to cause safety in this city. What they are doing is not to provide safety in America. What they are doing is causing chaos and distrust.”

Frey continued: “They’re ripping families apart. They’re sowing chaos on our streets and in this case quite literally killing people.”

He also slammed claims of self-defense, stating: “They are already trying to spin this as an action of self defense. Having seen the video myself, I wanna tell everybody directly, that is bullsh*t.”

Good remembered as a kind soul and devoted mother

Renee Nicole Good’s mother, Donna Ganger, confirmed her identity and shared heartfelt words with the Minnesota Star Tribune.

“She was extremely compassionate. She’s taken care of people all her life. She was loving, forgiving and affectionate,” Ganger said, adding: “She was probably terrified.”

Ganger described her daughter as “an amazing human being” and “one of the kindest people I’ve ever known.”

Good was a poet and a mother of three. At the time of the shooting, she was living in Minnesota with her wife, Becca Good, according to the Telegraph.
