For eight years, the sheikh lived as if the whole world was his toy. Wealth, power, and endless resources had turned him into a man who considered himself the master not only of lands and palaces but also of human destinies.

Each year, his harem was filled with new girls – beauties from all over the world. Some came willingly, drawn by wealth and splendor, others he took by force or trickery.

But the sheikh did not love them. He broke them.

So it went on for many years. But then one day, she appeared.

A young student, beautiful and proud. She dared to refuse the sheikh. And that became a challenge for him.

He decided he would have her at any cost. He had money, connections, and limitless power. Soon the girl lost everything: she was expelled from university, her father’s house was taken away, her mother was left without medicine, and she herself lost her job.

After the girl was forced into the harem, the sheikh was certain he had conquered her. But in reality, she had chosen another tactic.

She learned to endure – and began to devise a plan. Nearly a year passed.

During that time, she gained the sheikh’s trust.

In the harem, there was an old servant woman. At first, the girl asked her only about harmless herbal teas – supposedly for pain or for sleep.

Then she began to inquire about rare desert plants.

That was how she learned about the “scorpion’s tears” – a powder made from dried venom of desert scorpions. In a tiny dose, it was invisible, but once inside the body, it paralyzed the heart. The symptoms looked like a natural heart attack.

But there was still another problem: the sheikh’s food and drinks were always checked by his personal servants. Any attempt to poison him would have led to exposure.

She knew: if she made a mistake, not only she would die, but also her mother and even her father. So she searched for another way.

A thought came to her – one that frightened even herself at first: she would have to pass the poison during intimacy.

And she also discovered an antidote, which could be made from the root of a bitter plant called “Adam’s tear.”

She prepared it in secret and took small doses until her body got used to it.

That night, the sheikh was especially cheerful. He drank wine, laughed, and, as always, reveled in his power.

When they were finally alone, she did something he never expected: she kissed him first. For a long time. At that moment, a tiny grain of the powder, hidden in her cheek, passed into his mouth along with her saliva.

The sheikh noticed nothing. But a few minutes later, his face changed. He tried to stand, but his legs no longer obeyed him.

Soon he collapsed to the floor, gasping for air. The servants rushed in – but it was too late. No one suspected the girl: everyone believed the sheikh had died of a heart attack.
