Sajjad Gharibi, known worldwide as the “Iranian Hulk” or “Persian Hercules,” became an internet sensation thanks to his incredible size and intimidating appearance.

He is about 188 cm tall, and his weight fluctuates between 175 and 180 kg. He looks like a comic book hero: broad shoulders, huge arms, and a massive chest.

Despite this, he calls himself not only a bodybuilder but also an MMA fighter, although he has few sporting achievements in the ring.

Sajjad is known for posting videos on social media where he tears chains, bends frying pans, and even rips watermelons apart with his bare hands. But behind these spectacular feats lies incredible work — a strict regimen, intense training, and gigantic portions of food.

Hulk’s diet: food for a giant

According to him, he eats a huge amount of food in one sitting. His daily diet can easily include:

  • several kilograms of meat,

  • dozens of eggs,

  • rice and bread on an industrial scale,

  • liters of milk and protein shakes.

This diet is necessary to maintain his mass and musculature. Sajjad claims to train 5–6 hours a day, combining strength exercises with cardio.

His days are planned almost to the minute — all to maintain the form he calls “inhuman.”

Family in the shadow of the giant

Although Gharibi is quite open on social media, little is known about his personal life. Who his wife is remains a mystery. He has never shown her in interviews or online.

However, recently Sajjad posted a touching photo with his little son, surprising his followers.

In the photo, the huge father holds the baby in his arms, and the size difference is simply astounding. The boy is still very small, but many wonder if he will be the next “Iranian Hulk.”

Time will tell if the son will follow in his father’s footsteps or choose his own path. One thing is certain: he has a very strong role model before him.
