Just four years ago, Cole Prohaska weighed over 265 kilograms. His daily diet included about 5,000 calories, and he barely moved at all.
He admits that he had led a very sedentary lifestyle since childhood. By the age of six, he had already started gaining weight rapidly, and by forty, his body had become a burden that made not only living but even breathing difficult.
In 2021, he stepped on the scale, and it showed the maximum reading – over 265 kg. He didn’t even know his exact weight because the scale wasn’t designed for numbers that high. That was a wake-up call.
But at the moment when many would have given up, Cole decided to change everything. He didn’t start with intense workouts or strict diets – he simply put on his sneakers and started walking.
At first, he could only manage a few blocks, breathing heavily and stopping at every corner. But he made himself a promise: to just keep moving. And he kept that promise.
Each day, he added a little more – a few extra steps, a minute longer walking, a bit less food. These simple steps became the foundation of his new life.
Gradually, the short walks turned into full daily workouts. As a result, by 2023 Cole had lost 163 kilograms.
But even with such astonishing results, he was still shy about sharing his transformation. He felt like the old version of himself – insecure, tired, and lonely – was still hiding inside his new body.
Today, at 41, Cole looks fit, athletic, and confident. He’s no longer afraid to share his photos, videos, and thoughts on social media.
He inspires thousands of people.
