Kirill Tereshin, known online as “Bazooka Arms,” became one of the most talked-about figures in the Russian segment of social media in the mid-2010s.

His sudden fame wasn’t built on athletic achievements or show business, but on his shocking appearance — huge, hypertrophied biceps, which he obtained by injecting synthol into his arms.

Before this, Kirill lived a fairly ordinary life: he worked at a car wash and enjoyed sports. However, the dream of popularity and the “perfect body” overshadowed common sense.

He began injecting synthol into his arms — an oily substance that only increases the visual volume of muscles but doesn’t add strength.

This decision quickly turned into a dangerous addiction: despite painful complications and doctors’ warnings, Tereshin continued with the injections.

Over time, his appearance became frightening. His arms took on an unnatural shape, inflammation began, and there were threats of amputation.

Despite the criticism, Kirill continued to shock the public and grow his “muscles” until the situation reached a breaking point. His health was under serious threat.

Under pressure from the circumstances and after several surgeries, Kirill stopped the injections. He disappeared from the public eye, deleted his accounts, and later, according to rumors, moved to a village where he began living a secluded life.
