A 22-year-old Utah resident, Tyler Robinson, has been identified and taken into custody in connection with an incident that occurred during Kirk’s appearance at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Governor Cox noted that Robinson was seen wearing clothing consistent with images captured on surveillance footage.
