A young student married a 79-year-old woman: everyone was shocked until they learned the real reason behind this strange wedding

When the 22-year-old student appeared at the registry office arm in arm with the 79-year-old woman, a dead silence fell over the room. The bride’s white dress was neatly ironed, she wore a veil on her head, and on her lips was a restrained, slightly guilty smile. The groom, dressed in a dark suit, looked tense but determined.

Whispers were already heard behind them. Relatives, friends, and passersby who had come for their own ceremonies couldn’t hold back their giggles.
