Barron Trump drew significant online interest after his most recent public outing.

On Tuesday, Ivanka Trump shared a family photo on social media featuring herself and three of her siblings. However, one particular detail in the image quickly sparked widespread discussion for a notable reason.

To recap, Ivanka, 44, is the second of three children Donald Trump had with his late ex-wife, Ivana. The former couple also welcomed Donald Jr., 48, and Eric, 42, before Ivana’s passing in 2022.

During his marriage to Ivana, Trump had an affair with model and actress Marla Maples, whom he later married and divorced. That relationship resulted in the birth of his daughter Tiffany, now 32.

With his third wife, Melania Trump, who currently serves as First Lady of the United States, the 79-year-old former president shares his youngest child, Barron.

Now 19, Barron is the youngest member of the Trump family. Though he is currently studying at NYU’s Stern School of Business, he appeared in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday (24 Feb) alongside Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Tiffany to attend their father’s State of the Union address.

The speech — which ran for a record-setting one hour and 47 minutes — was already surrounded by controversy, particularly following remarks Trump made about inviting the Olympic gold medal-winning U.S. women’s ice hockey team to attend.

He told the men’s team after they also won gold: “We’re going to have to bring the women’s team. [If I don’t] do that, I do believe I probably would be impeached.”

The comments have been slammed as sexist. The women’s team ended up snubbing Trump’s invite, while all but five of the men’s ice hockey team attended.

A family photo that businesswoman Ivanka shared prior to the address – which also included her husband, Jared Kushner, Donald Jr’s fiancée Bettina Anderson, Tiffany’s husband Michael Boulos – featured Barron smiling on the end.

It wasn’t just his rare public appearance that prompted online discussion after the snap was shared on X (formerly Twitter), however, but Barron’s absolutely staggering height.

Responding to the image, one social media user joked: “Barron is 12 foot tall.”

“Yo they don’t make XXXXXL ties,” another teased. “He’s so damn tall. Unreal!”

A third also jibed: “Baron is an absolute unit.”

The Palm Beach Post previously reported that Barron stands somewhere between 6’7 and 6’9 tall, making him by far the tallest of his siblings.

The youngster even towers above his parents, with right-wing leader Trump being 6’3”, and 55-year-old Melania being 5’11.

The First Lady was also in attendance alongside Barron and his stepchildren yesterday, where her husband delivered a 1 hour and 48 minute speech – the longest of its kind in modern history.

Trump’s latest public pledge focussed heavily on a self-declared ‘economic turnaround’, as well as his hardline stance on immigration and foreign policy, which comes amid slumping Republican approval ratings and approaching midterm elections.
