“Don’t sign this contract,” the cleaning woman whispered to the millionaire during the negotiations: He didn’t believe her, but what he heard next made him freeze… 
The morning had started perfectly. In the conference room on the 32nd floor, partners, lawyers, and financial consultants had gathered — everyone was waiting for just one thing: for the millionaire Mark Davenport to put his signature on the contract that was supposed to become the biggest deal of his career.
A thick folder of documents lay on the table, and an expensive pen rested in front of him. The partners were animatedly discussing percentages, deadlines, and strategy. The atmosphere was tense but confident — everything was going according to plan.
— So, Mark, — said the head of the deal, — all that’s left is to sign. This will change the future of the entire company.
Mark raised his hand, ready to sign… and at that very moment, the door suddenly swung open.
A young cleaning woman entered the room awkwardly, holding a mop. She was wearing a blue uniform and rubber gloves — ordinary staff who should never have appeared here during negotiations.
— Sorry, I… I’ll be quick… — she began, clearly realizing she was interrupting.
— Get her out of here! — Mark snapped irritably, without taking his eyes off the document. — Immediately!
The security guard had already stepped toward her, but the girl suddenly stopped, took a step forward, and whispered, turning pale:
— Don’t sign this contract.
Everyone froze. The partners exchanged glances; someone laughed nervously, someone scoffed, but the girl didn’t back away. Mark turned his head and looked at her for the first time — there was panic in her eyes.
— What? — he asked coldly. — Do you realize what you’re doing right now?
She moved closer, leaned toward his ear, and said something so quietly that only he could hear it. After what he heard, the millionaire was in shock Continuation in the first comment

The page was indeed forged — a different font, a different stamp, different numbers. And the most terrifying part: a signature that was supposedly his, placed several days earlier — but he had never signed it.
— Who… who did this? — he whispered, sweeping his gaze over the partners.
An icy silence fell over the room. Several people became visibly nervous. One lawyer lowered his eyes. Another stepped away toward the window.
And the cleaning woman continued to stand quietly nearby, holding the mop — like a случайный witness who, for some reason, knew far too much.
— How did you… — Mark began, but she interrupted him:
— I accidentally overheard their conversation in the restroom while I was cleaning there. But right now, the most important thing is to stop them.
The partners finally realized the situation was slipping out of control. One of them rushed toward the exit, another started making excuses, but Mark already understood everything: his own colleagues had set him up, trying to transfer the company to themselves and pin all the consequences on him.
