In a crowded airport, a young woman took up two seats at once, and when a mother with her child politely asked her to free one of them, she caused such a scandal that the entire hall was left in shock 

Passengers on the London–Paris flight were informed of a delay of nearly four hours. The waiting area immediately filled with noise: people with children, suitcases, and travel bags tried to find any free spot on the hard benches. Within minutes, there was nowhere left to sit — every chair was occupied.

Among all the passengers, one young woman stood out in particular — slim, striking, dressed in a pink tracksuit. A fitness model, as it later turned out.

She occupied two seats: on one she sat herself, legs crossed in a meditation pose, and on the adjacent seat she had neatly placed her suitcase, as if it were the most natural thing in the world.

Putting on her headphones, the woman closed her eyes and demonstratively “disconnected” from reality, as if dozens of people around her also didn’t have anywhere to sit.

A tired mother entered the hall carrying a small child in her arms. On her face were the signs of a sleepless night, on her shoulder hung a heavy backpack, and in her hand she pulled a rolling suitcase. She looked around, realized there were no free seats, and noticed only one chair — next to the young woman, whose seat was occupied by a suitcase.

The mother stepped closer.

— Excuse me… — she began softly.

The young woman opened one eye and irritably removed one headphone.

— Can’t you see? I’m meditating.

— Yes, sorry… it’s just that… there are no other seats. Could you move your suitcase? I have nowhere to sit, and my child is tired…

— No. I took these seats first. Your child is not my problem.

The woman tried to explain:

— The suitcase can be put on the floor…

— Sit on the floor yourself, — the woman snapped. — I’m not putting my suitcase in the dirt.

The child began to fuss, the mother could barely stay on her feet — her back ached from the weight. She sighed quietly, carefully placed the model’s suitcase on the floor, and sat down on the freed seat.

The fitness model jumped up, started shouting and insulting the woman — passengers turned around, and a wave of indignation spread through the hall.

But the young woman couldn’t even imagine what lesson awaited her for such arrogant behavior.  Continuation in the first comment 

The scandal unfolded before the eyes of dozens of passengers. The model screamed so loudly that people stopped pretending not to hear.

— Get your child away from me! I have the right to sit wherever I want! — she shrieked.

The child cried in fear, the mother tried to calm them while at the same time keeping her composure. At that moment, two airport staff members — a man and a woman — approached them.

— Miss, you need to stop this scandal immediately, — the female staff member said sternly.

— It’s her fault! — the model pointed at the mother. — She invaded my personal space and touched my suitcase!

The staff replied calmly but firmly:

— We reviewed the security camera footage. The passenger simply tried to sit down, while you prevented others from using the seats. You violated the rules of conduct in the waiting area.

— What?! Are you kidding?! — the young woman jumped up. — I’m a model! I have a flight, I’m going to an important event!

— Unfortunately, — said the second staff member, — your ticket has been canceled due to aggressive behavior. And you must leave the terminal.

A murmur of surprise immediately spread through the crowd. People were shocked — but most supported the decision with applause.

The model tried to protest, but seeing that the entire situation was being filmed, she abruptly fell silent, blushed, and grabbed her suitcase.

— Please proceed to the exit, — the staff repeated.
