I bought a small apartment in poor condition with the intention of renovating it and reselling it for a higher price.   The result exceeded all expectations –   the apartment became unrecognizable. Judge for yourself.  

The apartment needed a complete renovation as the interior was in awful condition.

A designer worked to transform this old place into a modern, practical, and refined space.

A light color palette was chosen for the entire apartment, with light laminate flooring and white-painted walls. A new front door, featuring an integrated mirror, was installed.

On the right, an open black coat rack welcomes a comfortable bench with shoe storage. Between the kitchen and the main room, a large white wardrobe with elegant black handles was added.

The kitchen design seamlessly integrates with the rest of the apartment, using the same materials for the floor and walls. To the left of the entrance, a custom-designed kitchen with an original look was installed.

This space has become a bright and airy area, free from excessive furniture or décor. The walls are covered with paint-ready wallpaper. Opposite the entrance, a large wardrobe extends to the ceiling. Next to it, a small workspace has been set up.

Near the window, a beige double bed with a padded headboard was placed. The wall behind the headboard is decorated with decorative panels. Next to it, a minimalist vanity with a large mirror has been positioned.
