Young chef Matt Bradley always loved two things: cooking and eating. Working in the kitchen from morning till night, he could easily combine those passions – with delicious food available to him around the clock.

But that “tasty” lifestyle had consequences: by the age of 23, the scale showed 115 kg, and Matt saw not one but three chins in the mirror.

At the time, Matt was dating his girlfriend Hannah – a kind, cheerful woman who, like him, wasn’t into strict diets.

Everything changed when they began planning their wedding. That’s when Hannah gently suggested: “Why don’t we try to lose weight together?” And that was the start of their transformation journey.

They joined a weight loss group, started watching their diet, and most importantly – supported each other every day. They faced setbacks together, went on evening walks, swapped pizza for vegetables, and had long talks about motivation.

And the results didn’t take long: by their wedding day, they had lost a combined 60 kilograms – most of it thanks to Matt.
