Amber Rachdi was born into a wealthy and loving family. She was a long-awaited child, and her parents wanted to give her the very best: luxurious dresses, the best toys, education at an elite school.

But they also didn’t skimp on sweets – cakes, cookies, chocolate, condensed milk, peanut butter.

From early childhood, food became for Amber not just a pleasure but a way to feel loved. By the age of five, the girl already weighed 75 kg, but no one saw it as a threat back then.

By eighteen, Amber’s weight reached 220 kg. Despite this, she didn’t feel lonely. At fifteen, she met Chris, and they quickly fell in love.

After six years of a relationship, they got married. Chris was caring, but his love was also expressed through food.

By the age of twenty-four, Amber weighed 300 kg. She could no longer get out of bed on her own, and the car simply couldn’t bear her weight.

She watched movies about beautiful, slender girls, cried, dreamed, but soothed her pain with yet another portion of sweets. Health problems arose – high blood pressure, joint diseases, constant leg swelling.

But one day, something clicked inside her. The moment came when she said to herself: “Enough.”

Amber decided to fight. First, she managed to lose 200 kg. It was an incredible result, but she didn’t stop there. Over time, she lost another 20 kg, then another 10 kg. In the end, she weighed just 70 kg.
