They laughed at her during training, until the commander paled when he saw the tattoo on her shoulder blade…
She arrived at the training ground in a worn-out T-shirt, a torn backpack, and her hair tied back tightly, making it look like a simple operating room gone astray. The recruits found it hilarious. “The army is recruiting volunteers for backstage now,” they laughed.

In the dining hall, Derek approached her with a tray and placed it loudly on the table. “Hey, lost,” he said loud enough to get everyone’s attention. “This isn’t a soup kitchen.” He pushed his tray away, spilling mashed potatoes on her T-shirt. The soldiers mocked her appearance until the tattoo revealed a stunning secret.
The tattoo on Olivia’s shoulder blade was more than just decoration; it was a deeply personal and powerful symbol.
A message etched into the skin, hidden beneath ordinary clothing, but right now, it would undoubtedly change the atmosphere of the training session. The Colonel leaned trembling over Olivia’s shoulder and examined the black lines of the tattoo.
It was a complex design, an eagle with outstretched wings, surrounded by ancient military symbols.
He knew that tattoo. He knew she belonged to a secret elite unit, a special forces unit whose members often went on missions beyond the borders, missions known only to a few.

Olivia was no ordinary recruit. She had been sent undercover to test the soldiers’ resilience to humiliation and hardship.
The colonel, realizing his own secret had now been revealed, straightened, his eyes sparkling with admiration and respect. This was no ordinary operating room, but a woman living in the shadows, willing to do anything to protect her country.
