October 23 — A shocking incident has left residents of a small mountain

village in disbelief after an eagle reportedly swooped down and attempted to carry off a young child from a mother’s arms.

According to eyewitnesses, the attack occurred in the early afternoon while the mother was walking with her two-year-old child near an open field at the edge of the village. Without warning, a large golden eagle descended rapidly,

striking the child with its talons in an apparent attempt to lift it off the ground.

The mother screamed and fought the bird, managing to pull her child back after a brief struggle.
